In a study reported in 2013, 34% of women and 62% men, admitted they had checked their partner’s phone. The study also found that the influence of this action could be huge. Nearly a third, 31% of people said they would consider stop the relationship if they learned their partner had been snooped on their privacy without permission.

1-  Explain your actions.

He’ll need to: Understand why you snooped. Understand what you were feeling to make you feel like you had no choice. Understand that you’re sorry and that you know it was wrong. Understand what you’ll do from now on so that you’ll never do it again.

2-Tell him you love him and that you only snooped because you were afraid you’d lose him.

3- Apologize and NEVER snoop again.
